Aliplast STAR - The latest generation of insulated aluminum profiles
Aliplast STAR is a new, perfectly insulating window systems and doors. In fact, a U-value of 0.86 W/m2K to be possible, depending on the frame / sash combination.
This series of thermally separated profiles suitable for the increased demands of acoustic and thermal isolation. These specially designed profiles are composed of two hollow aluminum profile halves and separated by a glass fiber reinforced polyamide strip.
Eforte – passive-house standard certified by IFT-Rosenheim
Eforte accomplishes cost effectively the passive house standard Uw ≤ 0.8 W/m2K. Besides outstanding thermal insulation the Eforte system offers a hitherto unmatched flexibility and can adjust like a chameleon to meet your every need.
Hesta will build a new production hall
Production facility (E, F) with office area will be rebuilt and reconstructed this year. So the company will expanding to include new office buiding with archive and new production area 5700 m². According to current plans on the ground floor will be meeting rooms,offices and also cafeteria foyer. In the upper floors are mostly planned individual offices and larger meeting room.
Older office building with hall (A) is converted to expedition office and warehouse. The storage area for parts and finished products will be enlarge to 5900m2. All production will moved in halls C, D, E, F.
So the company can optimize the productivity and products flows even further. This investment will increase the daily production capacity to more than 1,000 window units.
